Bosun Higgs is an English Country Dance Band comprising five excellent musicians, all with a goodly number of dances at top notch festival and ceilidh series under their belts. The band’s driving passion is being great to dance to, with the emphasis on enthusiasm, fun, and good tunes. 

Bosun Higgs English Country Dance Band comprises Taz Tarry, Carly Rose, Keith Holloway, Neil Gledhill, and Martin Banks.  With long-established track records in well-respected combos including Old Swan Band, Token Women, Random, and Grand Union, the Bosun Higgs line up brings together fiddle, melodeon, banjo, bass saxophone, and percussion for a traditional sound with oomph, swing and lift.
